JACK BERGLUND, PRESIDENT

Mr. Berglund has a wide range of experiences in the marine & offshore industries, which he developed over his 35-year career, including considerable time spent internationally. Following graduation at Maine Maritime Academy as a licensed Marine Engineer, Berglund worked on a twelve-vessel new construction project for U.S. Lines at Daewoo Heavy Industries in South Korea, and also worked as a Port Engineer in Singapore for three years for LSC Marine Inc. Returning to the United States in 1990, Berglund joined Atlantic Marine Inc. in Mobile, AL as a Project Coordinator and quickly rose to Project Manager. In 1993, Berglund assumed responsibility for Asia Pacific Sales and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1995, where he remained until 2000. In 2001, Berglund moved to Quebec to revitalize Davie Shipyard Inc. Berglund remained there until 2005, when he joined Irving Shipbuilding Inc. as their Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Berglund later became Vice President of Projects responsible for Production, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and Estimating at Irving, where he remained until joining Offshore Inland/Rainmaker in late 2008.

CRYSTAL YASUREK, V.P. FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Crystal Yasurek heads up the finance department managing budgetary controls, accounting, and auditing. Additionally, she directs information systems, timekeeping, insurance, and assists with human resource function. Yasurek, a native Alabamian, earned her B.S.in Business Administration at The University of South Alabama, she worked at Offshore Inland Services of Alabama, Inc. as an Accounting Manager/Controller in Mobile before joining Offshore Inland Marine & Oilfield and then Rainmaker.

JAMES DEAN, VICE PRESIDENT – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

James brings a diverse background spending two years in engineering design management, and twenty-five years in construction management including chemical, pulp & paper, industrial plants, marine and offshore construction. For the most recent 12 years, James served as the Vice President of Construction overseeing all phases of operations from estimating, engineering, design, and project execution for two oil and gas offshore service companies.
Practicing founded core values and executing day to day operations with quality, transparency, honesty, and ethics to get opportunities to develop and maintain repetitious customer support.

DAVID ENMAN, VICE PRESIDENT

A 35-year veteran of the shipbuilding and repair industry whose experience includes Board Membership, Trustee, contracts management, estimating, and executive leadership. A broad set of skills from Government Contracting to International Commercial sales. In his role as President of Ameri-Force, Inc., he was responsible for leadership of a national contingent labor staffing business that supports U.S. Navy and commercial shipbuilding and repair; as well as other Department of Defense and heavy industrial projects. Before this, Mr. Enman founded and operated a successful consulting firm; brokering ship repair and conversions, new construction and working with strategic issues for ship owner’s and repair facilities. In addition, Mr. Enman served on the Board of Atlantic Marine Repair and Construction companies and is a member of the Shipbuilders Council of America. During this work at Detyens Shipyards Inc, Atlantic Marine it developed into the premiere ship repair company in the US. Expanding into the Offshore and International markets.

JOSH BERGLUND, COMMERICAL MANAGER

Graduate from the University of South Alabama, 2019, with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics and Statistics. During his college tenure, Josh had a couple of apprenticeships with Offshore Inland in Mobile and Pensacola and also Astican Shipyard in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Through both apprenticeship programs, Josh learned and gained experienced production, project management, marketing, estimating, commercial contracting, and the shipyard industry as a whole.
