Graduate of Maine Maritime Academy, 1984 with a BS in Marine Engineering and a Minor in
Humanities. After college, Jack spent seven years on the owner’s side of the industry, highlighted by
participation in a twelve-ship new construction project for United States Lines Inc. at Daewoo Heavy
Industries, Okpo, South Korea. He also lived in Singapore for three years as a port engineer for LSC
Marine Inc.
1990, joined Atlantic Marine Inc. in Mobile, Alabama as Project Coordinator and quickly rose to Project
Manager.
1993, promoted to Atlantic Marine Sales Department where he assumed responsibility for all Asia
Pacific Sales.
1995, he was promoted to Sales Manager and shortly thereafter was promoted to Vice-President of
Sales and Marketing where he remained until January 2000.
2000, headed up the Mobile, Alabama based hydraulic engineering / topside repair firm; Offshore
Inland Marine & Oilfield Services Inc. as their president until moving to Québec in 2001 to take on the
challenge of the revitalization of a Davie Industries Inc. (Davie Maritime Inc).
2005, joined Irving Shipbuilding Inc. as their Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Yasurek heads up the finance department managing budgetary controls, accounting, and auditing.
Additionally, she directs information systems, timekeeping, insurance, and assists with human resource
function. Yasurek, a native Alabamian, earned her B.S.in Business Administration at The University of
South Alabama and is currently studying for her M.B.A. After graduation, she worked at Offshore Inland
Services of Alabama, Inc. as an Accounting Manager/Controller in Mobile before joining Offshore
Inland Marine & Oilfield and then Rainmaker.
Victoria attended the University of South Alabama studying Graphic Design and Photography.
She has great experience in the marine and oilfield market. Having been a previous employee at
Offshore Inland Marine and Oilfield she brings superior creative skills to the table insofar as brochures,
advertising, etc. As an accomplished Photographer with her own business her resume includes:
Cover photographer for the Mobile Bay Parents Magazine; voted one of the top wedding
photographers on the Gulf Coast in 2010; cover images for Natural Awakenings Magazine, and
published on the travel page of MSNBC's website.
Jack Caravello joined Rainmaker LLC as Vice President of Business Development, bringing with him
more than 40 years of experience in Maritime and Offshore Industries. After graduating from
MAINE MARITIME ACADEMY in 1971, Mr. Caravello sailed briefly in the American Merchant
Marine Industry, shifting next to the Offshore Service and Supply Industry. Mr. Caravello came
ashore in 1972, and has made Houston, TX his home. After coming ashore he moved into Marine
and Offshore sales; Mr. Caravello represented Ashland Chemical for 18 years, covering the US Gulf
Coast. Mr. Caravello most recently spent 10 years as VP of Sales for Telemar, USA.

Marc Broussard joined the Rainmaker team in October 2013 as Operations and Technical Sales Manager,
and is focused on supporting the growth of our Principal, Meridian Ocean Services. Marc has 21 years of
business development experience in the offshore surveying industry throughout the Gulf Coast region, as
well as Central America. Additionally, Marc has extensive geophysical and acoustic survey experience,
having held a variety of operational and managerial positions serving a number of prominent global clients.
Marc currently resides in Breaux Bridge, LA with his family.
